Since 1994, Midnight Productions has been scaring Louisiana with our portable and stationary haunted houses. We are based out of Central Louisiana, where year-round you can find us hard at work building something to scare you with.

Our original haunt, Louisiana Nightmares opened in 1994 and continued to operate successfully for 10 years in Alexandria, Louisiana. In 2004, we closed the haunt to concentrate efforts on our larger attractions.

From 1998-2001, we featured large portable haunted houses on LSU Campus for the Louisiana 4H Foundation. These included The Dungeon, Carnevil I & II, Psychosis, and Psycho Cinema.

In 2002, we opened the South's largest and our most ambitious attraction to date: The 13th Gate. Located at its permanent location at 832 St. Phillip Street downtown Baton Rouge, this 40,000 sq. ft. indoor & outdoor haunt continues to grow and be a screaming success. The 13th Gate has consistently been viewed as one of the top Haunted Attractions in the country by Haunted Attraction Industry leaders such as Hauntworld.com (which listed The 13th Gate as the #1 Haunted Attraction in the Country for 2008 and 2009) as well as National Outlets such as the Travel Channel, AOL, Fangoria Magazine, MTV, and many others.

In 2011, to Celebrate 10 The 13th Gate’s Decade of Fright, Midnight Productions unveils one of the most unique Haunted Attractions ever created: Necropolis 13. Necropolis 13 is a 40,000 sq ft New Orleans-style cemetery complete with over 400 zombie-infested crypts and mausoleums, nightly voodoo shows, and underground Catacombs.

We also offer consulting for smaller haunts, hayrides, etc,...However due to the demand and our work schedule, please call early in the year.

Midnight Productions is committed to delivering the highest quality attractions possible and we welcome comments.

Thank you for your interest in our work and we look forward to scaring you in the future.
